This 1980s apartment was comprehensively renovated over two floors, transforming it from a home
suitable for a larger family into a luxury apartment for 1–2 people with a guest room.The number of rooms decreased, and the sense of space increased. The staircase was replaced with a platform elevator for moving between floors. Access to the garage equipped with its own electric charging station was opened from the lower floor of the apartment, allowing dry access to the car. The design was carried out in collaboration with the client's wishes and utilizing existing interior elements. The upstairs living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen exude both elegance and peaceful homeliness in their colors and materials.The more rustic-style downstairs is dedicated to relaxation with spa and entertainment areas. The functionalities of both floors invite shared time together.
