Steps of a Turnkey Interior Design Project
Initial Assessment
During the first meeting, we will assess the need for changes in the spaces, your wishes, schedule, and target budget.
Price Estimate and Agreement
After the initial assessment, you will receive a written offer for the design. Once you accept it, we will make a design agreement.
Interim presentation
I will present you with a preliminary plan, including floor plans, wall elevations, and 3D models, and together we will make the necessary adjustments. If the project is extensive, we will meet several times.
Final plan
I will present you with the final interior design plan, which includes room-specific solutions. The plan contains 2D and 3D drawings, furniture and material lists, instructions for the builder, as well as product prices and purchase locations.
Project Management
I will request quotes from suppliers and handle material and furniture orders on your behalf.
Finishing and Styling
I will ensure that all interior elements are in place and ready when you take possession of the space.
